At DZIRE, we make sure your fragrance reaches you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition, no matter where you are in Pakistan.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across all major cities and towns of Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and all other cities and remote areas nationwide.
Delivery Timeframe
Major Cities, Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas, Delivery may take 4 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Eid, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. We occasionally offer free delivery on orders above a certain amount, check our website for current promotions.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep, safe, simple, and convenient.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this number to track your order in real time through our courier partner's website.
Packaging
Every order at DZIRE is carefully and securely packaged to ensure your fragrance arrives in perfect condition. Fragile items such as glass bottles are given extra protective packaging.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or unavailability, they will attempt delivery again. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
