At DZIRE, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every order to reach you in perfect condition and exactly as expected. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Wrong Product Delivered, If you received a different product than what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Damaged or Defective Product, If your order arrived broken, leaking, or damaged due to packaging, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Missing Item, If an item is missing from your order, notify us immediately and we will resolve it promptly.

We Do Not Accept Returns If

The product has been used, opened, or sprayed. Fragrance products are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene and quality reasons. The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery. The product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email. Share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, depending on your preference. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different variant or size, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges in case of an exchange, unless the fault is ours.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order number.
